Rev. Waqairatui makes no mention of the Scriptural basis for the Church's attitude towards the current regime. At best it is a very shallow paper, using quotes from the Holy Bible to justify the holding of a conference. To call the event known as the "Solevu" an act of worship given the trading and mass consumption of kava during that week is blasphemous. Those who are Methodists and have any common sense should be able to understand that. Please put your emotions aside and as yourself, is this what Jesus preached?
